Regional Value & Access Manager
The Opportunity
As Regional Value & Market Access Manager, you will support Menarini Stemline’s future pipeline introduction through preparing markets in some specific Spanish regions, providing strategic knowledge about regional healthcare systems market landscape as well as monitoring the changes in market access policies and legislations.

Role & Responsibilities
Propose market access strategy for the regions aligned with local and global strategy: positioning and access to hospitals/regions conditions considering current health environment and applicable regulations for Menarini Stemline products, including but not limited to:
Collect appropriate information.
Analyse the environment and available product data.
Develop local/regional patient access strategy aligned with local strategy.
Building the activities needed to prepare regions and hospitals for the imminent product launches.
Implement validated market access strategy for the region by preparing and submitting relevant value dossiers as required considering current health environment and applicable regulations:
Coordinate and/or ensure preparation for access negotiations.
Ensure timely submission and follow up with authorities.
Develop and implement advocacy plans including stakeholders mapping / engagement.
Develop proposals for all regions accounts to access Menarini Stemline's products.
Together with V&MA Director and the rest of the team, propose and coordinate appropriate patient access board(s) or groups to develop or adjust value & market access strategy.
Develop technical oversight responsibilities leading cross functional teams for preparation, facilitation & timely submission of Regional Reimbursement Dossiers.
Ensure appropriate vigilance on any environment and/or competitor’s information impacting market access activities and update appropriate cross functional team.
Establish strong and reliable and regular relations with relevant authorities and convey Menarini Stemline image and values, coordinating with medical, commercial teams and the rest of market access.
Skills & Experience
You are a professional with a University degree (preferably in Health Economics) and a postgraduate degree.
You have at least 5-year experience in MedTech/Biotech/Pharmaceutical companies in a high intensity market access ecosystem related role.
These abilities will help you to better support the value & market access function:
Your ability to review data, analyse, identify opportunities and challenges and to anticipate these in a proactive and prospective manner.
Experience in contracting models.
You have knowledge of the local market access environment.
Solid understanding of the Spanish health system including different regions.
Outstanding ability to engage with high level stakeholders and find the way to reach them directly or indirectly.
Demonstrated capacity to build solid long-term relationships with payers and influencers.
Demonstrated ability to propose and execute on regional strategic plans, strategic level thinking.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and to “federate” resources on patient access projects.
High flexibility to work within diverse regions and stakeholders, adapting to specific cultures, processes, and ways of working in Spain’s different territories.
You have good communication skills (oral and writing). English is valuable.
Solid understanding of commercial, medical functions and back up roles such as; regulatory, legal, financial and how these best contribute to a successful patient access approach.
