For our Merchant Solutions / Getnet division we are looking for a **Finance Manager **who shines as a general controller and provides leadership and guidance in a handson fashion. This finance talent will live and breath the following responsibilities:
- Analyze and validate the monthly consolidation
- Implement monthly controlling cycle (P&L;, BS, Cash Flow)
- Develop & implement company specific accounting policies
- Perform & document ad hoc accounting analysis related to new products, part nerships and other specific transactions
- Set-up, execute and manage periodic financial statement preparation process
- Manage the Group´s liquidity positions and search for optimization
- Enhance and improve internal controls over financial reporting, including financial risk management
- Manage other periodic financial reporting (for example: asset, capital, cash, financial risks)
**Experience**:
- 12-15 years in similar roles and/or with Big 4 audit/accounting firms.
- IFRS accounting, consolidated financial statements, internal control over financial reporting
- Consolitation tools
- Financial statement preparation.
- Accounting analisis
- Comfortable with managing multiple people at the same time in different jurisdictions and functions.
- English and Spanish required (minimum B2). Portuguese is a nice to have.
