- The Career Development Program (CDP) is our flagship 3‑year rotational development program designed for high‑potential graduates at the start of their careers.

- As a CDP participant, you will complete three 12‑month assignments, gaining hands‑on experience across different roles, teams, and business areas aligned to your chosen track (Engineering, Commercial, Operations, or Functional). Each assignment is designed to build both technical depth and business understanding, while exposing you to how Air Products operates at scale.

- Lead cross functional projects in supply chain optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement

- Identify and implement improvement opportunities by challenging existing ways of working
\n
- Drive digitalization and automation initiatives to simplify processes and improve data quality
\n
- Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to support operational and tactical decisions
\n
- Define project scope, timelines, important metrics, and ensure execution and follow up
\n
- Build and present cases supporting growth, efficiency, and cost reduction
\n
- Act as a transversal reference for the Packaged Gases Supply Chain, promoting standard methodologies
\n
- Collaborate closely with operations, logistics, engineering, IT, sourcing, planning, and finance
\n
- Apply your academic knowledge to real‑world industrial and business challenges
\n
- Collaborate with experienced professionals across functions and locations

- Build a solid understanding of Air Products’ processes, standards, and culture
