🆕 We are looking for a Project Manager in our Madrid office!
📌Your main missions will be:
* Responsible for the delivery of the projects.
* Framing and overall coordination of the workstreams.
* Monitoring/Managing the action plan for all stakeholders.
* Managing the project team (the contributors) and the relationship with stakeholders
* Leading project governance and committee (Steering & Coordination, Go/NoGo meetings, etc.)
* Defining the deployment modalities.
* Succeed in framing a topic, helping the decision-maker and collaborating IT.
* Budget responsibility: coordination of estimates and responsible for budget preparation and tracking.
* Project Schedule: Defining and monitoring the overall project schedule Ensuring the projects are on time, on budget, and within scope.
* Communication & reporting for the project domain activities.
✔️ Your profile
* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business School or Engineering School.
* 4-10 years of project management experience with a solid understanding of project management principles (both waterfall and Agile).
* Able to get involved in the concrete execution of tasks that know how to take a step back.
* Proven ability to operate in an international and matrix-based organization.
* Fluent in both, English and Spanish.
* Knowledge of the insurance or travel assistance sector is not mandatory but is a plus.
* Advance capacity to work with IT contributors as well as with business contributors.
* Current residence in Madrid.
