Accounts payable accountant
Location: Sant Just Desvern | Hours: 40 | Hybrid
Are you our new Accounts payable accountant, ready to strengthen the financial department?
We're looking for an accurate, eager, and enthusiastic colleague who gets energy from numbers, payments, and international collaboration.
About the role
You will be located at our head office in Sant Just Desvern and will work with colleagues from MS Mode who manages the accountancy of Spain, France, Belgium and Luxembourg, which is part of the same group. Together with the Finance team you will work for the entire financial administration.
What will you do?
Collect and receive invoices by mail and post.
Book invoices on the correct general ledger account and cost center and ensure timely approvals of budget holders.
Perform bank processing.
Other general accounting tasks.
Experience and competence
Completed education at least at AD level in Finance.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience as an accounts payable.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
English communication skills; Spanish is not mandatory – our team speaks English.
Dutch is a plus, but not required.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Experience with SAP is an advantage.
