JOB PURPOSE
\n
Be part of a team that is responsible for driving an exciting agenda.
\n
The focus of this position is to enhance our digital and data capabilities to bolster Safety performance reporting. Responsibilities include integrating diverse data sources and crafting impactful data visualizations and analytics to discern trends crucial for informed decision-making processes.
\n
The role requires digital and analytic skills as well as broad understanding of related issues. The applicant should have a sound understanding of data platform infrastructures & methodologies as well as experience in working with cross functional teams and be a confident communicator and influencer.
\n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n
Collect, ingest, clean, transform and model data following best practices and tools including MS Power Query and DAX.
\n
Code, test, debug, and validate deployed solutions.
\n
Analyse data using statistical and visualization techniques to develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and apps, including ongoing maintenance.
\n
Use MS Power Platform to support automation through custom workflows and Power Apps.
\n
Establish and leverage a integral network for knowledge exchange and best practices within Unilever.
\n
Collaborate with other Environmental Reporting team members to improve data and reporting processes and systems.
\n
Experience driving continuous improvement.
\n
Data reporting accuracy
\n
Work with delivery managers and sites to ensure data is reported accurately and within required timelines
\n
Create processes and governance to minimize reporting errors
\n
Participate in data preparation for external audits
\n
Run comparison analysis to identify outliers in data reporting and follow up on error correction and root cause analysis
\n
Data transparency and visualization
\n
Contribute to development of dashboards using platforms such as Power BI
\n
Contribute to defining meaningful KPIs and targets to drive performance
\n
Support preparation of data sets for external audit purposes
\n
Understand the end-to-end flow of information between data platforms and functional groups
\n
Work on projects to deliver improvements to the processes, systems and tools.
\n
EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:
\n
Education
\n
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
\n
Experience : Minimum of 7 years of experience with at least 2-3 years as a
\n
Data and Reporting Analyst or a similar role.
\n
Professional Skills
\n
Strong data science & analytics skills, with an innate curiosity on the topic.
\n
Good understanding of data modell
