Let's discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever's mission.About the roleCoordinate and manage on-site event staff; ensure each staff member is trained in their duties, including ticket validation and adherence to Fever policies.Manage event operations, inventories, devices (PDAs, computers, POS, etc.), and validation systems (Fever Partners App).
Control the flow of people to avoid bottlenecks, manage queues, and ensure smooth on-site movement.Oversee on-site payment devices and accounts for F&B; and merchandise.Handle on-site customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions within time limits, and follow communication procedures and policies.Engage customers proactively and take the extra mile to enhance the guest experience.Provide daily reporting to Fever Managers on event status, pre/post findings, onsite incidences, and feedback.Serve as the point of contact between partner/production/on-site staff and Fever; represent the Fever brand on-site and be knowledgeable about Fever Culture, Brand, and Policies.Preferred qualificationsEnglish fluent (C1 or above).
