This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Valladolid (Spain), with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What You Will Do
* Ensure the robustness of the product / process design.
* Provide technical support for designers, preparation engineers, industrial facilities contract managers, logisticians, quality analysts, etc., in carrying out their activities.
* Guide or manage developers in achieving their deliverables.
* Manage part of Digital simulation activities which are necessary to ensure project development within QCD and TEI (budget) constraints.
* Capitalize Digital know-how in product/process development.
What We’re Looking For
* A proven track record in +5 years of experience working on mechanical projects.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Excellent skills in leadership, communication, and cross-functional management.
* Strong competencies in internal combustion engines, gearboxes and hybrid system components, with a collaborative approach.
* Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry.
* Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
