Solution IT expert role will work within the Product Sustainability & Compliance team of the Technical Operations, Quality Assurance product line. This position includes the below mentioned tasks and responsibilities with main focus on SAP Product and REACH Compliance, SAP Product Safety (formerly SAP EHSM) and SAP S / 4HANA for Product Compliance Software Solutions.
Requirements 'must have': Very good application knowledge in SAP Product and REACH Compliance, SAP Product Safety (formerly SAP EHSM) and/or SAP S / 4HANA for Product Compliance Software Solutions. 2 years of professional IT experience in the relevant SAP module(s) mentioned above. Participation in at least 1 SAP implementation project (full cycle) in a similar role. Some experience in EHSM processes and regulatory context. Good understanding of SAP material master. Able to contribute to meetings with stakeholders. BS in Computer Science, engineering or equivalent. Advanced English skills. Based in Europe or Canada.
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, attention to detail, team player, self-learning.
Special Requirements: Flexibility to travel 10-15%, working hours aligned with European office hours.
Key tasks / responsibilities: Support solution design, impact analysis, documentation, and architecture modeling. Act as junior IT consultant, support process optimization, gather requirements, support development, and work with external teams. Support project implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing activities.
Key expectations: Develop business/technical knowledge, share expertise, become a reliable team member, support project implementation and maintenance activities.
