Main Goals:
* Influence customers to develop the contact lens category by generating new users.
* Encourage Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) and owners to offer contact lenses more proactively.
To achieve this, we need individuals with the capability to analyze businesses, identify opportunities, and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) in Key Accounts (KAs).
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze businesses to identify opportunities and understand customer needs and particularities.
* Influence customers to change their mindset from passive to proactive about contact lenses.
* Develop a deep understanding of customer channels, including independent opticians, buying groups, and chains.
* Utilize basic tools to grow the contact lens category, such as customer journey mapping, Point of Sale (POS) optimization, database management, and training programs.
* Execute JBP plans in assigned KAs and build the Misight category.
* Teach and encourage ECPs to improve children's lives by promoting contact lens adoption.
* Coverage planning according to customer segmentation and follow the sales process.
* Build strong relationships with customers, including ECPs, owners, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
* Negotiate price increases when necessary and provide value to the team.
* Stay up-to-date on CooperVision programs and utilize them effectively.
* Complete all reporting and administrative duties.
* Maintain minimum knowledge of products, including CooperVision and competitors.
* Attend congresses and training sessions as required.
