Summary of Position
The FP&A Manager will be a key business partner and liaison between the Executive team, commercial leadership, the finance team, and strategic planning. Responsibilities include managing the quarterly financial forecast, annual budgeting, variance analysis, and supporting strategic and operational analysis efforts. The role also involves providing financial consulting and strategic support to senior management, assisting in peer group comparisons, and preparing Board and financial presentations.
Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of financial planning, including management reporting, scenario analysis, financial modelling, and strategy support. Ensure short-term objectives are met and contribute to long-term strategy.
* Drive budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes; produce monthly reports timely.
* Analyze trends in revenues, costs, and expenses; provide reports for decision-making.
* Monitor performance indicators; inform management of potential changes affecting company performance.
* Partner with business and leadership teams to support financial goals and ensure targets are met.
* Ensure accurate analysis of budgets, trends, and forecasts to maintain credibility.
* Lead initiatives in business intelligence, reporting, and planning tools to improve profitability and efficiency.
* Develop business cases for development and strategic planning.
* Monitor gross profit margins and communicate with commercial teams regarding targets.
* Support cost of goods improvement programs and manage SKU database for planning.
* Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement in finance.
* Produce ad hoc analyses and projects as needed.
* Follow GDP & GMP related to distribution and importation activities.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
* At least 5 years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategy.
* Experience with a Big 4 firm is an advantage.
* International experience and willingness to work across time zones.
* Strong Excel skills and understanding of financial statements, profitability, and unit economics.
* Ability to handle large data sets and build financial models for scenario planning.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confidence and presence required.
