Regulatory Associate - Pagero

Pagero, part of Thomson Reuters, is a global leader in e-invoicing and continuous transaction control (CTC) compliance. This role is part of the Regulatory Affairs (RA) team and focuses on global regulatory compliance for e-invoicing and related tax technology, supporting Pagero’s growth and leadership in the market.

About the Role
* Analyze and investigate requirements and legislation in markets that Pagero plans to enter.
* Maintain and monitor up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements in markets Pagero currently supports.
* Create compliance content, including blogs and updates, for internal and external readers.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to launch new markets, including integration, marketing, delivery, and other departments.
* Present Pagero’s compliance solutions and relevant business cases to customers for both technical and C-level audiences.
* Address queries from internal and external stakeholders, ranging from simple to complex.
About You

You’re a fit for the role if you have the following required qualifications:

* At least 1–3 years of experience in e-invoicing/CTC, tax technology, and/or indirect tax.
* Legal or compliance experience in digital, privacy and/or security areas, with the readiness to apply that knowledge to digital settings and to learn new skills.
* Relevant academic degree (e.G., Business, Law, Economics) with relevant work experience.
* Fluent in both spoken and written English.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and document information clearly.
* Proficient with MS Office;
comfortable with AI planning and visualization tools.

Additional preferred qualifications include:

* Knowledge of other languages (e.G., French, German, Arabic, Mandarin) is an advantage but not required.
* Experience in ERP, B2B and data integration, including solutions such as managed services.
