About You

Responsibilities
* Contribute to achieving our two main objectives: EFO & new model.
* Implement the Commercial plan aligned with customer programs in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to On-Trade customers.
* Negotiate at Point of Sale to meet Distribution & Visibility targets.
* Use the Picture of Success approach to activate brands and influence consumers at purchase points.
* Identify opportunities and develop strategies to maximize Bacardi's performance at On Trade customers, creating value.
Skills
* Proven track record in Commercial and field sales experience preferred.
* Strong affinity with On Trade, Events, and Promotions.
* Ability to organize work independently and effectively.
* Solid negotiation skills.
* Effective communication and active listening skills.
* Team player.
