For an international company operating in the B2B2C sports and entertainment industry, we are currently seeking a Sales Account Manager to strengthen the commercial team in Barcelona.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of B2B2C clients, while actively contributing to the company’s continued growth in the Spanish market.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B2C clients within the sports and entertainment industry
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking
* Promote and sell tailored service solutions to customers and clients
* Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
* Understand clients’ needs and propose value-added solutions
* Prepare and negotiate commercial offers and contracts
* Monitor sales performance and achieve assigned targets
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
Candidate Profile
* Proven experience in B2B2C sales
* Proven previous experience within the sports, events or entertainment industry
* Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Results-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused approach
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
* Good analytical and organizational skills
Languages
* Native Spanish
* Good command of English
