An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced management duo to lead a prominent beachfront dining and bar venue in the Costa Blanca region. The venue spans multiple levels.
We are seeking a proactive and energetic management team with extensive experience in fast-paced restaurant and bar operations. The ideal candidates will be passionate about delivering high-quality guest experiences and driving business growth.
General Manager – Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
1. Demonstrated success in managing a busy, high-volume restaurant
2. Hands-on approach, acting as the public face of the business with enthusiasm for operational excellence
3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
4. Experience managing inventory, controlling costs, maintaining profitability, and developing supplier relationships
5. Proven ability to recruit, train, and mentor a cohesive team
Executive Chef – Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
6. Background in high-quality dining environments, including pubs or restaurants renowned for cuisine excellence
7. Expertise in Mediterranean-style cooking
8. Creative approach to menu development and a passion for premium ingredients
9. Strong kitchen leadership, including adherence to hygiene, safety, and operational standards
Additional Requirements:
10. Fluency in Spanish and English
11. Legal eligibility to live and work in Spain
12. Accommodation will be provided; at least one member of the team must hold a valid driver’s license
