In this role, you will participate in designing and facilitating a variety of learning initiatives, both in person and virtually, that help our workforce thrive.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. You will work with HR colleagues to craft a dynamic learning experience to support our high performing teams in achieving organizational goals.
2. Create engaging content, including e learning content, that excites and empowers our diverse colleagues.
3. Deliver virtual and face to face learning sessions, backed by references to top thought leaders.
4. Chion fun and impactful delivery strategies and methodologies for all our learning activities.
5. Design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions tailored to support organizational objectives.
6. Contribute to the creation of in house built learning content using Articulate 360.
7. Collaborate with the global L&D team and customize global training content to meet specific needs.
8. Provide coaching and mentoring to colleagues to drive their professional growth.
9. Help colleagues apply new skills in their roles, ensuring lasting impact.
10. Work with HR teams to equip line managers with leadership tools.
11. Build and maintain a library of resources to promote best practices.
12. Support wider HR priorities, including DE&I initiatives and building a great workplace culture.
13. Conduct/Lead New Hire Orientation sessions in Spain and support colleagues across EMEA.
14. Analyze training needs and prepare training plans based on business priorities and skill gaps.
