Team Leadership Warehouse Management: brTeam Supervision: Lead and mentor the warehouse and preparation staff (technicians/pickers). brWorkflow Optimization: Define standard operating procedures (SOPs) for kit assembly, labeling, and shipping to ensure maximum efficiency for the 3,000 annual units. brSafety Quality: Ensure a safe working environment and conduct regular quality audits on outgoing hardware. 2. ERP Ownership Data Integrity: brERP Management: Act as the "Super User" for the Operations module of the ERP. Ensure every movement (purchase, reception, transfer, sale) is mirrored accurately in the system. brSerial Number Management: Maintain 100% accuracy in the digital tracking of IMEIs and ICCIDs within the ERP/CRM to prevent service activation errors. 3. Financial Strategy Budgeting: brCost Control: Work closely with the Finance Department to monitor COGS (Cost of Goods Sold), manage landed costs, and optimize working capital tied up in inventory. brAudit Support: Lead monthly/quarterly physical inventory counts and reconcile them with the Finance team's books. brInvoicing AP: Verify supplier invoices against received goods to ensure billing accuracy before Finance processes payments. 4. Procurement Strategic Sourcing: brManage relationships and negotiate pricing/terms with hardware manufacturers and connectivity providers (SIM cards). It includes PCN (Product Change Notifications) management. brExecute Purchase Orders (POs) based on sales forecasts to prevent stockouts. 5. Logistics RMA (Reverse Logistics): brCoordinate inbound/outbound logistics, manage carriers and last-mile delivery to ensure on-time arrival including international customs. brManage the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process for defective units and warranty claims. Requirements: brExperience: 5+ years in Supply Chain/Operations, with at least 2 years leading a team. Experience in Telematics, Io T, or Electronics is highly valued. brTechnical Skills: brERP Proficiency: Advanced experience using tools like Netsuite (current ERP) SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar. brEnglish Fluency: Required for international supplier management and internal communication. brFinancial Literacy: Ability to understand margins, inventory valuation, and budget variances. brLocation: The candidate must be based in the San Sebastian area. Soft Skills: brLeadership: Ability to motivate a hands-on warehouse team while communicating effectively with C-level executives. brProcess-Oriented: A passion for creating order out of chaos through systems and documentation.
