We are looking for a Technical Product Owner to join our teamAs a Technical Product Owner within the area of car manufacturing and supply chain for Mercedes-Benz Group Services Madrid, you are responsible for the end to end technical ownership of one or more IT products, platforms, or applications.You act as the key interface between business stakeholders, development teams, and IT operations, ensuring that solutions are stable, secure, scalable, and aligned with Mercedes-Benz standards and business objectives.You act as the single point of technical ownership, ensuring that solutions meet company standards for reliability, scalability, performance, and information security while enabling business requirements through robust technical design.Key responsibilities
- Own the technical architecture and design decisions of the product, including system decomposition, interfaces,
integrations, and nonfunctional requirements.
- Act as the technical counterpart to the business Product Owner, ensuring feasibility, scalability, and risk transparency.
- Manage technical dependencies and interfaces with other systems and teams across the company IT landscape.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles, cloud and platform standards, and longterm IT strategy.
- Drive technology choices, versioning, and lifecycle management of components, frameworks, and dependencies.
- Translate business requirements into technically sound epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain and prioritize the technical backlog, balancing feature delivery, technical debt, security findings, and operational
improvements.
