Reporting to the H&S Manager, your main role will be to propose, verify, and implement preventive measures within the business area, aligning with procedures, standards, guidelines, and regulations to improve workplace health and safety across our subsidiaries. You will also work to align safety culture and corporate guidelines with the company's global strategy.Responsibilities
Manage health and safety in the assigned area according to ISO 45001 standards.Design, implement, and coordinate preventive action plans, risk assessments, training, emergency plans, and other occupational hazard prevention activities.Implement technical safety measures.Act as the main contact for internal customers, liaising with the Technical Committee and employee prevention delegates.Support ongoing safety culture improvements and continuous safety performance enhancements.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical fields (desirable).Advanced qualification in Occupational Health and Safety (mandatory).Experience in a similar health and safety role.Experience in the pharmaceutical or industrial manufacturing sector preferred.Intermediate English proficiency.Proficiency in MS Office;
knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.Strong organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.Ability to work under pressure, with problem-solving and decision-making skills.Proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented attitude.Effective communication skills at all organizational levels.What We Offer
