Are you passionate about transforming how Marketing teams operate through the power of AI? We are looking for a Marketing AI Transformation Specialist who will play a key role in guiding our clients through their end to end marketing transformation, applying AI across all processes and workstreams.
What You'll Do
Act as the key bridge between Marketing, IT, and AI teams to design and deliver Agentic AI and AI‐enabled solutions.
Document use cases, process flows, and AI‐supported workflows with global marketing stakeholders.
Lead discovery, design, and PoC workshops for Agentic AI and GenAI initiatives.
Translate marketing needs into functional requirements for IT, data science, and AI development teams.
Oversee testing, validate functional designs, and coordinate UAT with marketing teams.
Manage agent releases, monitor post‐launch performance, and track KPIs.
Prioritize new AI use cases based on business impact and ROI.
Drive change‐management and training programs to ensure adoption of AI‐powered tools.
Establish governance and ethical frameworks for responsible AI in marketing.
Collaborate with martech, data, and analytics teams to integrate AI with CRM, MAP, CMS, and measurement platforms.
Stay up to date on emerging AI trends and represent Marketing Digital Transformation in innovation forums.
What We're Looking For
~5–8 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing Technology, ideally within Marketing and Customer Activation teams.
~ Strong background in marketing transformation within large or matrixed organizations.
~ Solid knowledge of Agentic AI, GenAI, ML, and automation applied to marketing use cases.
~ Ability to turn complex technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
~ Strong communication and stakeholder‐management skills across Marketing, IT, and leadership.
~ Understanding of key marketing processes (campaigns, content, analytics, optimization).
~ Experience in governance, risk, and ethical AI principles.
~ Data‐driven mindset with analytical and visualization skills.
~ Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and drive innovation across distributed teams.
~ High learning agility and curiosity about new AI and martech developments.
