- Implement the Channel Marketing strategy, working cross functionally to deliver execution aligned to brand strategy. Comfortable identifying gaps and adapting toolkits as needed, whilst embracing a less equals more approach. Better enabled through AVQPAP. 70% of BTL execution to come from Channel Marketing toolkits from F26.
- Integrating WIKC/Hotspots into the channel strategy, energizing the focus in these locations.
- Put the shopper at the heart, bringing together functions to embrace this mindset. All whilst having commercial awareness of the JTBD to win with our customer partners.
- Lead the IAP activity build for the channel. Balancing shopper, customer, brand perspectives.
- An inspirational leader, seen as a channel expert. Passionate about winning in the marketplace and putting Primo development at the heart of the growth agenda.
- A key member of the Customer Marketing leadership team, supporting the direction and delivery of the Channel Marketing strategy.
- Maximise ROI from A&P;, keeping the channel discussion focused on proven growth drivers.
- Decision making based on insights, integrating M&E; into the business rhythm for the channel.
- Business partner for the channel JBP process, forming part of a cross functional project team.
- Remains abreast of legal regulations in the industry for the Country.

EXPERIENCE:\n
- Minimum 5 years experience mid / senior level within Marketing or Commercial. Preferably within a Premium / FMCG background.
- Advanced knowledge of the channel achieved by working directly with key customers (in a Marketing or Commercial capacity).
- Detailed understanding of customers, their needs and how to win through partnership.
- Exposure to WIKC/Hotspots, through Commercial or Customer/Brand Marketing, is preferred.
- History of successfully leading high performance teams and championing development.
- Evidence of being an inspirational coach, be that with direct or indirect reports, is essential.
- Advanced in taking strategic decisions based on their knowledge of the brands, customers, categories, and channel.
- Proven track record in positive stakeholder management.
- Experience of developing and executing marketing programs (ATL or BTL) is preferred.
- Exposure to Bacardi Way Of Growth for Marketing on how to build brands sustainably and effectively.
