We are seeking a results-driven Iberia Software Sales Account Manager to focus on selling our Data Operations and Data Intelligence solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business within existing customer accounts and acquiring new clients. You will serve as the primary liaison between Quest Software and 10 key accounts, as well as manage specific verticals for targeted sales.
Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the use of Quest’s Data Operations and Data Intelligence solutions within the Iberia market.
* Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate business cross-sell.
* Drive adoption and expansion of Quest’s solutions through consultative selling.
* Understand clients' business goals, data challenges, and IT infrastructure to develop tailored strategies.
* Analyze market and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal technical and service teams to meet client requirements.
* Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.
* Achieve or exceed annual sales targets and strategic account objectives (Company goal : AOP +20%).
* Monitor account performance metrics and prepare regular reports on progress and forecasts.
* Demonstrate strong sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
* Possess proven experience as an Account Executive in data management, software, or IT industries.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
* Utilize strong negotiation skills and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
* Leverage past experiences and networks to develop the region quickly.
* Create and execute territory plans, monitoring progress regularly.
* Develop relationships with local partners to define strategic action plans.
* Understand customer business and solution requirements.
* Manage complex sales involving large companies and multiple products across BUs.
* Engage in territory / regional account management, including planning and forecasting.
* Execute various sales and marketing activities to find, develop, and close opportunities.
* Maintain strong business relationships and develop targeted account plans.
* Lead the sales process utilizing all available resources, including inside sales, technical pre-sales, and marketing.
* Deliver effective presentations and negotiations.
* Proficient in CRM software and account management systems.
* Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
Qualifications
Preferred :
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
