What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with strong knowledge in financial management, administration, and organizational leadership. You may not be an expert, but time and your skills predispose you to get involved in a project that will take you to the next level. The successful candidate will play a vital role in building and implementing robust internal systems, overseeing production centers and resources, controlling accounting operations, and managing grants, tenders, and strategic financing.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and optimize professional financial and administrative processes.
Oversee accounting, reporting, and financial controls.
Manage grant applications, public funding, and private tenders.
Support investment rounds preparation and manage investor relations.
Supervise production centers and operational resources.
Represent Transkriptorium in international forums and institutional events.
Actively participate in strategic decision-making as a core member of the management team.
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
Solid experience in financial and administrative management, preferably in startups, technology, or international environments.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills in English.
High degree of assertiveness, empathy, and professionalism when presenting to international audiences.
