In this role, you ensure reliable supply of materials for generators, light towers, energy storage systems, and WEDA pumps, balancing price, delivery, and quality with the Project Team. You negotiate with key suppliers, monitor delivery and stock status, and support supplier evaluation. You drive cost reductions, improve purchasing KPIs, and collaborate across projects to sustain smooth operations and continuous improvement.

• Secure supply of materials and products for assigned projects while balancing cost, delivery time, and quality
• Negotiate prices and terms with key suppliers and finalize supplier agreements
• Monitor supplier delivery performance, product status, and invoice terms, coordinating with Finance
• Assist in supplier assessment and identification of alternative sources
• Support pricing negotiations, delivery and payment deadlines
• Aim for cost reduction in purchasing orders
• Inform superiors about stock status, issues, and supplier improvements
• Propose actions to prevent warehouse deviations and improve processes
• Manage all required documentation for responsibilities
• Contribute to Purchasing KPI improvements and report in project meetings

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• English and Spanish: good knowledge is mandatory
• Advanced Excel user
• Experience in metal forming and/or casting
