OverviewAs the Delivery Manager (DM), you will own the supply chain aspects of each EMEA project, ensuring manufacturability, contract compliance, and on‐time delivery. You will coordinate with Project Managers, Sales, logistics, engineering, and suppliers to meet project milestones.
Responsibilities
Participating in 70%, 90%, 100% Hand‐Off meetings to represent and raise planning issues including: BOM, NPI, Domestic Content, Delivery Schedule/Lead Time
Ensuring that new projects under contract are planned and allocated in the Nextpower system (Anaplan)
Ensuring that the delivery plan for each project conforms to the contractual agreement
Troubleshooting any delivery concerns by working with Planning, Logistics and Project Managers
Ensuring logistics terms are met
Ensuring on‐time delivery to plan
Reviewing project PO vs. SO variances in order to align supply with demand until fulfilled
Driving supplier on‐time shipment (OTS) and project on‐time delivery (OTD) for region
Point person to coordinate with engineering, sourcing, NPI and logistics for project success
Building operational excellence through lean and continuous improvement process management
Supporting testing and adoption of Anaplan to expedite planning system transformation
Ensuring data integrity of supply chain planning data and management of the data flow
Qualifications
Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration; Master's preferred
10+ years experience in Planning, Master Scheduling, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing
Experience in Construction Projects (preferred)
Solar, Semiconductor, or Steel manufacturing industry experience (preferred)
Strong Planning, Forecasting, Project Management skills with attention to detail
Advanced user skills of planning software such as Anaplan, MS Excel, Access required
English and Spanish C1/C2
Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large dataset
Ability to build, negotiate and sustain networking relationships
Ability to work in fast pace and global start‐up environment
