For our office in Madrid Aquila Capital is seeking a Tax specialist (f / m / d).
Your Responsibilities
* Support in the preparation and review of direct and indirect tax compliance (CIT, VAT, withholding taxes, stamp duty, business activity tax, etc. monthly / quartely / anual tax returns).
* Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax fillings obligations, preparation of CIT provision, support and assistance with tax audits and communications with the Tax Authorities.
* Preparation of writs to be submitted before the Tax Authorities.
* Support and assistance in the analysis of tax topics related to Aquila Group Corporate entities, assistance in the advisory to teams in the organization in the tax area to assure proper tax risk mitigation.
Key Requirements
* Degree in Law, Economics or Business Administration.
* 2-3 years of working experience in a similar positions or in tax advisory firm / Big4.
* Knowledge of EU tax environment. Knowledge of German tax environment is a plus.
* Advanced English (written and spoken).
* Knowledge of German is a plus.
