Sunshinehomes is a growing property and holiday rental management company operating on the Costa del Sol. We manage multiple short-term rental properties and provide high-quality guest services, property inspections, and operational support for property owners and investors.
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive team member who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and taking responsibility.
Position Overview
The Operations & Guest Services Coordinator is responsible for the daily operation of holiday rental properties, guest communication, coordination with cleaners and maintenance, and ensuring a smooth experience for both guests and property owners.
This role combines office work and field work.
Key Responsibilities
Guest & Booking Management
Respond to guest messages, inquiries, and issues promptly (before, during, and after stays)
- Coordinate check-ins and check-outs (remote and in-person when required)
- Handle guest incidents professionally and find solutions quickly
- Manage early check-ins, late check-outs, and extra service requests
Property Operations
Coordinate cleaners, laundry, and maintenance teams
- Perform property inspections (cleanliness, damages, stock)
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues
- Ensure properties are always guest-ready and meet company standards
Office & Administrative Tasks
Update daily arrival/departure schedules
- Maintain internal logs, reports, and task lists
- Assist with office upkeep and organization
- Support other operational tasks during off-peak hours
Team & Process Support
Follow internal procedures and workflows
- Communicate clearly with team members and management
- Assist in improving operational processes when needed
Required Skills & Profile
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy
- Ability to work under pressure during high season
- Willingness to work shifts and being versátil
Languages
English and Spanish
- Additional languages are a plus
Experience & Education
- Previous experience in hospitality, property management, tourism, or customer service is highly valued
- No specific degree required; attitude and reliability are key

- This possition now is until 1st of January 2027, to cover sic leave of other person, with possibility to stay indefinitive in the company
- Competitive salary based on experience, from 900 for part time and from 1600e for full time
