What You’ll Do
- Preparing pizzas, handling dough, and kitchen operations.
- Run a section in a busy kitchen to bring delicious options to guests.
- Nurture and develop the kitchen team, creating an environment that brings out the best.
- Ensure smooth operations: orders, deliveries, service, and food hygiene standards.
- Work with the Sous Chef on ideas and techniques to keep the kitchen creative.
- Ensure statutory compliance in all food and drink related areas.
- Pay attention to details to ensure every dish is as delicious as the one before.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a pizzaiolo or pizza chef.
- Knowledge of dough preparation and pizza ovens.
- Passion for food and love for our particular flavors.
