At IBAI (1 Michelin) in San Sebastián, we are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team for the 2026 season. IBAI is a kitchen where product, technique and respect for ingredients define our daily work.
Responsibilities
Oversee a designated kitchen station, prepare and present high-quality dishes, manage inventory, train junior staff, maintain strict hygiene and safety standards, and collaborate closely with the head chef in an active, Michelin-star environment.
