Invoice to Cash Solution Expert (SAP FSCM)
We are looking for an experienced Invoice to Cash Solution Expert with deep expertise in SAP FSCM (Credit Management, Collections, and Dispute Management). The expert will take ownership of the design, configuration, and implementation of FSCM processes within the SAP S/4HANA landscape.
This role requires strong functional and technical capabilities, an excellent understanding of financial supply chain processes, and the ability to collaborate with multiple business and IT stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FSCM within the SAP S/4HANA environment
Analyse, understand, and optimise business processes related to credit, collections, dispute, and treasury management
Collaborate closely with Finance, Commercial, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver end-to-end FSCM solutions
Provide subject‐matter expertise on FSCM functionalities, best practices, and process improvements
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfers for end users and stakeholders
Support all testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FSCM modules post‐implementation
Prepare detailed documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals
Stay informed about the latest SAP FSCM tools, technologies, and industry trends
Qualifications
Proven experience in implementing and configuring SAP FSCM within SAP S/4HANA environments
Strong understanding of Credit Management, Collections, Dispute Management, and Treasury processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote setting
Strong analytical mindset and problem‐solving abilities
