**Company Description**
Syntegon Telstar S.R.U. is a company of the Syntegon group, which operates worldwide.
In this role, you work closely with remote teams in a general environment. You are responsible for financial management and analysis, purchase order management, and IT cost control and optimization.
- Manage essential controlling activities, including budgeting, forecasting, year-end closing, accrual processes, and financial reporting in collaboration with your team.
- Support strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights with tools such as Power BI or SAP.
- Manage the creation, validation, and monitoring of purchase orders in our purchasing tool.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and keep alignment with budgetary goals.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities within IT operations, balancing efficiency with financial responsibility.
- Provide support in related fields such as License Management, Project Controlling, and more.
**Qualifications**
- Completed university degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- First experience in financial controlling, ideally in an IT or technology-focused environment.
- Practical expertise with tools like Power BI, SAP, and other reporting or analytics platforms. Experience with Jaggaer is a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, embrace challenges, and manage diverse tasks confidently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to perform the described tasks accurately.
- Solid teamwork and communication skills will help you to collaborate with remote teams in an international setting.
- Very good written and spoken English skills are essential. German language skills are a plus.
