Responsibility and Requirements
Functions and Responsibilities
Maintenance of forklifts (repair, periodic checks, modifications).
Conditioning machines for demonstration, STR and used.
Repair client machines with direct delivery to the workshop.
Adhere to safety standards set by the organization.
Complete all associated administrative tasks within established deadlines.
Prepare reports on technical deficiencies affecting safe vehicle operation.
Maintain and care for all provided tools, utensils, materials and PPE.
Check-in/check-out: technicians must document machine status and damages via checklist.
Physical reception of spare parts and warranty materials.
Coordinate with Asset Central and Asset Region to receive refurbished machines and manage used units in the delegation as required.
Manage materials and spare parts loading correctly.
Communicate openings and closures of incidents via the application, as well as other arising incidents.
Propose improvements to processes and working methods.
Education and Experience
Middle or higher vocational training (Mechatronics or similar), EGB/ESO or equivalent, or at least 1 year experience as maintenance/repair technician in the sector.
Additional Training / Languages / Specific Knowledge
Valuable MS Office knowledge.
Training in Occupational Safety for metal industry (20h in-person).
We will train internally if not present.
Valid forklift operator license (front and retractable).
We will train internally if not present.
English reading and writing skills; ability to hold a simple meeting in English is a plus.
