We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Controller to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves overseeing all financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth. As a Finance Controller, you will play a key role in shaping the financial health and strategy of our organization.
What you do
Finance:
* Conduct quarterly account meetings with C-level executives at OEs, including preparation, facilitation, and comprehensive follow-up.
* Lead annual revenue planning with the OE & AzT Service Organization, aligning financial strategies with business objectives.
* Engage forecast to minimize risks in Year End Steering, meticulously tracking charging status vs plans and requesting necessary accruals.
* Conduct monthly financial meetings at the customer management level, adeptly handling disputes and managing financial issues.
* Track and close overdue receivables, control monthly payments, and interface with the Debt Collection Team.
* Approve monthly billing items, ensure financial reconciliation and inform about financial clean-ups.
Customer Relationship:
* Run Net Promoter Score exercises, selecting participants, coordinating meetings, consolidating results, and tracking actions to enhance customer engagement.
* Oversaw issue and escalation management for financial and contractual topics, ensuring swift resolution.
* Enhance external communication towards customers through customer intelligence and events.
* Facilitate best practices across Account Management in charge of other markets.
Contracts:
* Manage contracts end-to-end. Initiate, negotiate, track, and close all services and projects, ensuring contractual coverage of revenues and status follow-up to secure timely closure.
* Communicate pricing adjustments, both annually and on an ad hoc basis.
What you bring
* Minimum of 7 years of proven experience as a Finance Controller or similar role in a corporate setting.
* Excellent understanding of financial regulations, standards, and market dynamics.
* Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
Temporary contract of 6 month ( possibility of extention or internalization)
