Job Description
* Manage the Quality department: incoming goods inspection, in‑process quality control, and finished product inspection.
* Manage health, safety & environment topics in connection with ISO certification and local regulations.
* Oversee the product industrialisation process, including implementation of control plans and FMEA.
* Lead customer and supplier complaint handling, audits and visits.
* Coordinate product certification activities (ENEC, ETL, ATEX/IECEx, EN40) in accordance with legal requirements.
* Introduce and manage an integrated management system according to ISO, OHSAS, and other relevant standards.
* Provide people management and individual support for skills and career development.
* Ensure factory activities comply with local legislation and regulations regarding work environment, products and structure.
Qualifications
* Engineering Master Degree in mechanical or quality.
* 5–10 years of experience in a relevant position.
* Experience in team management.
* Languages: English (B2) and Spanish (local language).
* Good knowledge of quality assurance methodologies (FMEA, SPC, PDCA, DMAIC, 6‑Sigma, PQP).
* Strong communication and analytical skills.
* Rigorous and assertive.
* Internal audit certification in Quality, Environment, Health & Safety Management System.
