As a Sales Manager at Arxada, you will be a significant player in determining market expansion, striking important deals and delivering extraordinary sales outcomes. You will responsible for managing a customer portfolio and achieve revenue targets in Europe and/or globally and developing new business opportunities aligned to STRAP. The Sales Manager contributes to our company's sales objectives and drives revenue growth through long-term client relationships. You lead and supervise all sales processes, from prospecting to completing deals, under the direction of senior leadership. You will set meaningful performance goals, analyze market trends and sales analytics. Your decisions are driven by data, you review and modify sales strategies and promote cross-functional alignment.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Achieve agreed financial and commercial objectives for the territory and/or market field
2. Participate actively in development and implementation of strategic and tactical marketing and sales business plans that increase gross profit and expand market share
3. Maintain and develop major customers by providing commercial and technical support, and creating customer visit report and regular sales summaries
4. Drive new business opportunities and actions for their delivery
5. Forecast and plan demand accurately
6. Maximize profitability of sales through management of selling prices, costs, MOC, MOV and PC2. Optimize cash flow through management
