As our SAP Sales Support, you will be part of a team developing our customer base in Belgium. Together with the rest of the team, your focus will be on strengthening relationships with existing and new customers by positioning Expertum as their trusted SAP partner.
The Job
* You will support our Sales Team members in their daily activities: : manage leads, build relationships,, prepare and follow up on meetings, assist with RFI/RFP responses
* You’ll handle sales operations and administration:
* Manage and update sales and AMS contracts
* Follow up on staffing and freelancers
* Prepare quotes, agreements, sales materials, tools, and presentations
* Act as CRM champion for marketing and communications
* Support the Bid Office with proposals and documentation
* You take a proactive role in customer management: contact clients for contract renewals, identify process improvements, and challenge the sales team to meet deadlines
What we’re looking for
* 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within Sales Administration, Sales Operations, or a Bid Office environment
* Proven ability to take ownership of administrative and operational tasks, work independently, and anticipate what needs to be done
* Strong organizational and analytical skills to identify needs and ensure smooth processes
* Hands-on experience with CRM systems Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and Dutch, French is an advantage.
