Key Responsibilities
* Demand Management:
o Lead the demand capture process for IT services and technologies.
o Develop and communicate project roadmaps that align needs with company strategy.
o Collaborate with other IT functions to translate business needs into corresponding IT solutions.
* Service Delivery:
o Monitor, report, and analyze service trends to identify areas for improvement.
o Oversee the implementation of change requests, complex projects, and initiatives.
* User Relationship:
o Provide primary point of contact for technology services and solutions.
o Understand specific objectives of each business unit while seeking global synergies.
o Guide adoption of new systems and technologies.
o Lead coordination and governance meetings, as well as communication mechanisms.
