Role Mission
Transform production processes, focusing your activity on improving productivity, quality, safety, and process costs, while always ensuring compliance with current regulations.
What your responsibilities will be
* Analyze and document quality incidents, develop corrective action proposals, and implement those actions.
* Participate in the factory's continuous improvement program, attending daily meetings to monitor the relevant processes assigned by the manager.
* Monitoring process indicators, analyzing and identifying opportunities for improvement, developing proposals for action to the manager, and implementing them according to the manager's guidelines.
* Performing tasks associated with factory projects, according to established deadlines and costs.
* You will have three reporting lines: to the factory engineering manager, the production area, and your direct manager.
* Knowledge and application of work standards (GMP, PNT, INS, BPL, etc.) according to defined procedures.
* Compliance with and monitoring of established quality, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.

* Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Process Engineering. Master's degree in Continuous Improvement – Six Sigma (desirable).
* English level B2.
* You have 3 years of experience in similar roles leading continuous improvement projects for productive areas.
* You are a dynamic, proactive person who can carry out projects independently with a sense of responsibility. You are organized and methodical, and you enjoy working in a team.
