Create, preserve, and growrelationships within a designated book of business through prospecting,sales calls, and rapport-building. Consistently growing the value of yourbusiness through cross-selling and upselling.You should feel comfortable managing and closing run-rate deals whilealso sourcing, progressing, and closing complex selling cycles withmultiple stakeholders.Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline of key customers andconsistently seek new opportunities for our customers and qualifiedprospects.Collaborate with the Customer Success and Marketing teams to developand execute account plans.Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understand theirbusiness needs, and provide additional Semrush solutions to optimizegrowth.Utilize high-volume calls, minutes, and demos, strategically focusingon outreach and personalized follow-up cadences to strengthen customerrelationships.Who we are looking forFluent in English (С1/С2)Fluent in Spanish (C1/C2)3+ years of sales experience in the SaaS industry, preferably in an SMBor Junior MM role, with a successful track record of consistently closing>$50k ARR deals.Proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability tobuild relationships and influence decision-makers.Proficient in various sales methodologies such as Sandler, Challenger,SPIN, MEDDIC, and others.Strong presentation skills; feels confident presenting in front ofsenior management of prospective organizations.Team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues andbusiness partners.They say there are no perfect candidates, but that might well be you,ifYou have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Sales.You have a SaaS or MarcTech Experience.You share our common values: Trust, because we prefer to speak up andbe our true selves; Sense of Ownership, because it’s not worth wastingtime on something you don’t believe in; and enthusiasm for ConstantChanges, because we are always looking to make things better.A Bit About The TeamYou can get to know the team better at one of the interviews,but some brief information about future colleagues will be useful now.The role implies working as part of the Sales Team.
