As an IT Program Manager, you will be accountable for the full lifecycle management of complex IT programs. 
Responsibilities 
- End-to-End Program Leadership: Drive cross functional IT programs and projects from initiation and strategic planning through execution, monitoring, control, and successful closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 
- Program Planning & Definition: Develop comprehensive program or project plans, including defining scope, schedules, and budgets, and establish project charters in close collaboration with IT experts and IT management. 
- Resource & Team Management: Estimate, acquire, and develop the necessary resources and teams for successful delivery of program and projects. 
- Risk & Quality Assurance: Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate program risks, while ensuring high-quality deliverables and processes. 
- Stakeholder & Communications Management: Effectively manage stakeholder expectations and develop robust communication plans to ensure transparency and alignment. 
- Financial & Procurement Oversight: Control costs in close collaboration with IT financial experts. 
You excel in 
- Education 
- Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 
- Experience & Skills 
- 5+ years of experience in IT project/program management. 
- Proven experience in leading complex IT initiatives and programs on project teams of > 
20 people across different departments. 
- Experience in stakeholder management in a multinational company. 
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams. 
- Demonstrated technical expertise relevant to changing corporate IT landscapes. 
- Professional English skills; 
German and/or Portuguese skills are an asset. 
- Ways of working 
- Strong understanding and practical application of project management methodologies (e.G., PMP, Agile certifications are a plus). 
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. 
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
