At WaiiQi, we’re building more than a jewelry and lifestyle brand. We’re building a global community of people who live by the rhythm of the ocean. Inspired by Polynesian culture and shaped by European design sensibility, WaiiQi’s pieces are crafted with soul, story, and intention.
Now, we’re ready to expand our reach, and we’re looking for a Sales Director who can help us get there.
This role is all about building bridges. You’ll be the one connecting WaiiQi with the world’s most unique concept stores, independent boutiques, surf and sailing shops, and curated resort destinations. You know the kind — places with heart, with character, and with customers who care deeply about what they wear and why.
We’re not after big-box retailers. We’re looking for someone who knows how to get our collections into the hands of the right people, in the right places — from coastal hideaways to design-driven shops in far-flung cities.
You’ll be working independently, with the freedom to shape the strategy and choose the partnerships you believe in. This is a performance-based position: 100% commission to begin, with a formal contract in place. If the match is right and the traction is real, there’s a clear path to join us in a full-time leadership capacity.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to bring real-world experience in wholesale, ideally within fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle sectors. You’ve built retail partnerships before, and you know what it takes to make a product land and sell. You’re energized by targets, but you also understand the value of brand alignment and long-term relationships.
You’ll be supported by our creative team and founders, but ultimately, this is your lane to own. You’ll lead the charge—from identifying leads and pitching our line, to closing deals and managing ongoing account relationships.
We work remotely and flexibly. Whether you’re based by the sea or in a city, what matters most is that you bring clarity, drive, and a global mindset.
