Position Overview
We are looking for a relationship buildera true people personwith strong commercial acumen and a passion for improving patient outcomes. You will operate the full sales cycle: from lead generation and prospecting to clinical demonstrations, product certifications, patient trials, and long term account management.
Your clinical credibility will help build trust with CPOs, while your business sense will drive adoption and fuel regional growth. This is a sales role with clear revenue targets, where success comes from blending technical insight with strong relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Operate as the main contact for your territory for all Prosthetics queries, incl.
1. Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outreach, fairs, networking, and industry events.
2. Lead Qualification & Product Demonstration/Certification: Assess leads, organize demos, and support CPOs (Certified Prosthetists and Orthotists) during product fittings.
3. Customer Engagement & Trials: Build trust with CPOs and support patient trials by acquiring the necessary clinical and technical skills to assist in prosthetic fittings.
4. Negotiation & Pricing: Drive product adoption by understanding the financial needs of clinics, CPOs and patients to maximize revenue.
5. Relationship Nurturing: Maintain and nurture relationships with adopters through regular visits, presentations, and both clinical and technical workshops.
6. Order Management: Oversee the full sales process, including recording orders in the CRM/ERP system and ensuring seamless collaboration with production and logistics teams.
7. Insurance & Reimbursment Support: Assist CPOs in managing patient reimbursement processes by facilitating the necessary documentation, ensuring timely completion of patient questionnaires, and delivering reports.
