Manage server replacement and modernization initiatives, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to guarantee secure and high-performing systems. Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure on‑time and cost‑effective delivery. Engage and influence stakeholders across IT, Operations, and business units, fostering strong communication and collaboration. Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and drive change management to ensure smooth transitions. Ensure compliance with data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards throughout project lifecycles. Provide clear reporting to senior leadership, using metrics and insights to track progress and impact.

Qualifications
- At least 7+ years of proven experience in IT infrastructure project management, ideally within complex or regulated environments.

- Certified or familiar with methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile.
- Strategic operational mindset: Able to balance big‑picture transformation goals with practical execution.
- Exceptional stakeholder management: build relationships, influence decision‑makers, and communicate effectively across technical and business teams.
- Strong soft skills: high emotional intelligence, resilience, and problem‑solving capabilities to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity.
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
- University degree; MBA desirable.
