About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated
Finance Associate
to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in accounting or finance who is eager to contribute to day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and compliance in a dynamic and international environment. You will support financial processes across multiple areas including accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, and internal reporting.

Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain. Infinni Innovations is proud to be part of the

Key Responsibilities:
Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processesPrepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and assist in maintaining accurate general ledger recordsAssist in the preparation of financial statements, internal reports, and variance analysisMonitor and support accounts payable and receivable processesEnsure timely and accurate processing of expense reports and vendor paymentsHelp maintain financial documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standardsParticipate in the development and improvement of financial processes and internal controlsAssist in the coordination of audits and respond to audit inquiries as neededCollaborate with cross-functional teams (e.G., Operations, HR, Product) to support business needs
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field2–3 years of experience in a finance or accounting roleStrong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS)Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets;
Familiarity with NetSuite ERP Software Suite is of significant value addAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlinesComfortable working in a fast-paced, international environmentExcellent communication skills in
English ;
