You'll join our diverse and driven Customer Experience team—full of international colleagues who are all working toward one goal: happy customers. We support each other, challenge each other, and have fun along the way.
What You'll Do
* Be the first point of contact for our American customers via phone, email, and chat.
* Guide customers to the right product or service by proactively offering advice and solutions.
* Deliver service with a smile and live our core value: Think Like a Customer .
* Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure a flawless customer experience.

What We're Looking For
* Fluent English speaker (native or near-native)
* Any advance level in the following languages is a plus: French or Dutch.
* Experience in Customer Service or a people-facing role is a big plus.
* Passionate about problem-solving, communication, and customer happiness.
* You enjoy structure but thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
* A great team player who's always ready to support others.
* Already in Valencia or willing to relocate soon.
