As our new Technical Growth Marketer, you’ll bring structure and performance to our marketing engine. From scalable campaigns to CRM flows and data infrastructure, you’ll connect the dots between awareness, conversion, and revenue. This role blends growth marketing, MarTech, and CRM / data ownership. You’ll operate at the crossroads of product, analytics, and demand generation.
What you’ll be working on
1. You design, run and scale data-driven demand and lead generation campaigns across channels – owning setup, targeting, and optimisation.
2. You build, connect, and optimise marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Clay, Salesforce, web analytics, ad platforms) for seamless campaign execution and tracking.
3. You set up automated lead nurturing journeys based on lifecycle stages and user behaviours, using dynamic workflows, retargeting integrations, and behavioural triggers.
4. You develop and maintain reporting dashboards supporting the marketing team across channels, with Salesforce at its core, to track performance, lead quality, and funnel efficiency.
5. You run growth experiments across paid, organic, and outbound channels, using data to iterate quickly and maximise ROI.
6. You collaborate closely with Sales and Product to align on ICPs, optimise lead handoff, and ensure pipeline quality.
7. You identify opportunities for system automation, data enrichment, and process improvement, and implement these solutions end-to-end.

What you bring as the ideal candidate
* A strong grasp of growth marketing fundamentals — from lead generation and funnel optimization to campaign execution and performance analysis, with a track record of improving key metrics like MQL to SQL conversion, CAC, and ROAS.
* Hands-on experience with marketing and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Google Tag Manager, ad platforms, analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau, data enrichment tools) and the ability to connect them through APIs, scripting, or automation platforms.
* A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and sharp judgment — fluent in SQL, spreadsheets, dashboards, and attribution models. You know which metrics matter and how to act on them quickly.
* Experience designing and running multi-step nurture flows (email, retargeting, in-app messaging) and improving performance through smart sequences and targeting.
* A proactive test-and-build mindset. You spot inefficiencies, test fast, and own your solutions to implementation.
* Strong collaboration skills and the ability to translate business goals into technical solutions that work for marketing, sales, and operations.
* Fluency in English and solid communication skills. You can explain yourself clearly, collaborate easily, and are not afraid to challenge what is not working.
