We are looking to grow our Mobility and Experiences team. As .NET Software Engineer you will play a key role in the design and development of a flexible Car Rental Paltform, with over 15 years industry experience, providing solutions that our partners appreciate and trust. You will collaborate closely with architects, DevOps, and frontend teams to deliver robust solutions that meet the demands of enterprise-scale environments. Our core stack: * Language: C# * Framework: .NET 6 – 8 * Database: MSSQL, Aurora, PostgresSQL * Architecture: Microservices, REST API, SOAP Required skills: * 2+ years commercial experience in delivering software solutions, ideally in an e-commerce environment * Strong experience with C# and .NET Core / .NET 6 – 8 * Demonstrable experience working with data storage such as SQL Server or Postgress * Experience developing APIs – REST/SOAP with e.g. JSON, XML, etc * Experience with test automation, writing unit and integration tests using frameworks like xUnit, NSubstitute * Familiar with Docker, CI-CD Pipelines (environments like TeamCity and Jenkins) and Git * Familiar with SOLID principles, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Clean Architecture Nice to have: * Experience with Kubernetes and AWS * Basic knowledge NodeJS and Angular * TDD mindset * Curious, ambitious and eager to learn * Non-Technical Skill: * Comfortable working in an Agile environment * Experience within the car hire/car broker industry would be a distinct advantage, but not essential. * Fluent in English is a must, both written and verbal. Additional language skills (German) would be beneficial.
