As a Senior SuccessFactors (EC or Times) Consultant, you will be an integral part of the HR Systems Squad within our Business Technologies Tribe. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and optimize the SuccessFactors Employee Central module for all SD Worx entities.Collaborating closely with our main stakeholder, the People Team, you will understand their HR needs, configure the system accordingly, and provide ongoing support.Together, we strive to move from better to best, working as one from many places.What You Have to Offer:
- You have a minimum of 5+years of experience with configuration inSuccessFactors EC. - You have led at least 1 EC project from launch to end - You have knowledge of integrating SuccessFactors data with other systems, or you areeager to gain this knowledge. - You are keen to learn about our various HR and non-HR systems that consumeSuccessFactors EC data. - You are committed to taking full ownership of tasks entrusted to you. - You communicate fluently in English. - You have demonstrable experience in a customer-oriented environmentKey Responsibilities:
- Implement technical adaptations in SuccessFactors EC and related modules. - Discuss system functionalities with various HR stakeholders and act as a gatekeeper. - Oversee the roadmap, including project timelines and stakeholder management. - Coordinate system maintenance with internal support teams via the ticketing system. - Serve as a technical reference and sparring partner within the HR Systems Squad and withvarious stakeholders. - Collaborate with the Product Owner on EC-related projects, changes, and roadmapplanning. - Provide second-line support for technical queries from the HR team and business units. - Act as a trusted partner for HR, ensuring seamless interaction within the BusinessTechnology Tribe, especially in areas overlapping with other squads.What do we have to offer?ð️ Comprehensive training and development programs.Ð️ Flexible working scheduleð️ Private medical insurance 100% covered by SD Worxð️ 25 vacation daysð️ 18 hours for personal mattersð️ Reduced summer hours:
