CMDB Process Owner & ServiceNow CMDB Coordinator
We are looking for an experienced CMDB Process Owner & ServiceNow CMDB Coordinator to lead the implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow CMDB environment.
In this role, you will own the Configuration Management process, ensuring a reliable and high-quality CMDB that supports IT Service Management (ITSM), operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making. You will act as the key link between technical teams, stakeholders, and ITSM governance.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and govern the Configuration Management process aligned with ITIL best practices
* Define and maintain CI classes, attributes, and relationship models
* Configure and optimize ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
* Drive CMDB roadmap, maturity, and adoption across the organization
* Monitor CMDB health and data quality KPIs (accuracy, completeness, timeliness)
* Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Application teams
* Promote CMDB-driven use cases such as impact analysis, reporting, and automation
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in CMDB implementation and Configuration Management
* Strong background in ITSM environments and ServiceNow CMDB
* Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, integrations, and CI data modelling
* Strong understanding of ITIL Configuration Management and governance frameworks
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
