Experteer OverviewIn this role you will serve as the local EY GDS RM and BCP single point of contact in Spain, reporting to the GDS RM and BCP leads. You will help ensure compliance with internal policies and maintain state of readiness across risk and continuity programs. You will coordinate with country teams and external functions to drive governance, awareness, and effective responses to incidents. This opportunity lets you shape risk and resilience capabilities in a global delivery environment while working across cultures and functions.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Plan, implement and monitor RM systems and compliance processes for GDS Spain- Advise function heads on RM matters and monitor policy compliance- Coordinate vendor contracts and agreements with GCO and Procurement- Create RM awareness and support global/country initiatives in GDS Spain- Prepare dashboards and MIS;
support development andimplementation of policies and standards- Coordinate compliance audits and testing in GDS Spain- Coordinate BCP/ERP activities, assist in recovery strategy assessment and testing- Support BCP program office with recovery planning, training and testing
Responsabilidades- Total work experience 5-6 years- Exposure to emergency and/or business continuity planning (preferred)- Proficient communication skills (verbal and written)- Self-starter with attention to detail and strong organization- Ability to influence across all levels and manage stakeholder relationships- Ability to work with ambiguity and across cultures/time zones- Experience with global projects (preferred)- BCP Certification (listed in preferred/required area)
